Burger King Fundraising Night

Looking for a way to help out Wilson School....come to Burger King on Thursday March 28th from 5:00-8:00 pm for that yummy Whopper you've been craving and Burger King will donate 20% of your purchase to Wilson School!  All you need is the flyer that was sent home with your child this week, if you need more copies please email us at wawilsonpta@yahoo.com.

EGG-citing Egg Drop!

Thank you to everyone that participated in the Egg Drop!  It was such an egg-citing day! 

The students raised $696 for Wilson PTA.  Kendyl Torres was our top fundraiser who raised $100.  Kendyl won a $50 Target gift card!  Thurston Dawson won the raffle for raising $15 or more.  Thurston won a $25 Target gift card!  Congratulations to those students!

We had a total of 54 egg containers to drop and 21 of those containers made it to the finals.  Those containers were dropped in front of the entire school!  We ended up with 17 winners...WOW!  Those students won a pizza lunch...how egg-citing!  Congratulations!

Thank you to everyone who helped with this event and a special thank you to Walgreens for providing the eggs and baggies for the drop!  You are all EGG-stra special!

Egg Drop

We hope you are having fun as a family creating the perfect container to hold your egg! 

The egg drop will be held on Thursday, March 21 during the school day.  There is still time to get sponsors for your egg.  Turn in the yellow sponsorship form and envelope to your child's teacher as soon as possible.  There are some great incentives for the top fundraising family!  All egg containers are due to school on Tuesday, March 19. 

 

This is going to be an EGG-citing event!

 

Qdoba Fundraiser

10% of all sales will go toward Wilson PTA to help fund the numerous activities and events sponsored by the Wilson PTA.

PTA MEETING

REMINDER:  There is a PTA meeting scheduled for Monday March 4th at 6 PM in the Wilson field house.  This months meeting topic will be WKCE and MAPS test results.  We hope to see you at the meeting!
