4K & 5K Registration Begins February 6

We would like to remind all parents/guardians that 4-K and 5-K registration begins on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. The School District of West Allis - West Milwaukee offers a four-year-old kindergarten program that is optional and is a half-day program. The morning session meets from 8:25 – 11:10 a.m. and the afternoon session meets from 12:45 – 3:30 p.m. There is no early admission to the 4K program.   For more information, please click on the link below.

PTA Council Founder's Day Carnival

Movie Night!

Friday, January 25th is the PTA Family Movie Night! We will begin the evening at 6 pm with a pizza dinner following dinner will be the viewing of the movie BRAVE (rated PG). If you have not turned in your purple movie night slip please do so by TUESDAY, JANUARY 22 so we can get an accurate head count for dinner. We hope to see you on Friday!

 

Literacy Night

You're invited to eat dinner and celebrate family literacy Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 6:00 pm in the Wilson gym.  (Be sure to RSVP by turning in the green form your child received in his/her folder.)  Each student will receive their own copy of the book that our entire school will be reading as part of the One School, One Book program.  There will be "EGG-straordinary" activities at school throughout the month to promote and enrich the shared reading experience.  We hope to see you at Literacy Night on Thursday, January 17 for an "EGG-citing" evening!

PTA Meeting

The first PTA meeting of 2013 is scheduled for Monday, January 7th at 6 pm in the Wilson field house.  Please note this is the 1st Monday of the month due to no school on the 2nd Monday.  The topic this month with be Next Generation Learning (NxGL).  We hope to see you at the meeting!
